Gift Card Terms & Conditions

This gift card is exclusively for purchasing merchandise from our website, saree.com.

The recipient must register on saree.com if they are not already a registered customer to redeem the gift card.

Cash redemption of this gift card is not permitted.

Saree.com retains the right to decline any gift card suspected of being utilized improperly, with invalid promo codes, or by unintended recipients.

The gift card remains valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Neither the validity period nor the issuance of new gift cards against expired or unused ones will be extended.

Saree.com is not responsible for delivering gift cards to incorrect or non-existent email addresses; this responsibility lies with the purchaser.

The gift card is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash, gift vouchers, credit notes, refunded, or substituted, either wholly or partially.

If the invoice value exceeds the gift card value, the customer must settle the remaining balance.

The gift card value can be used across multiple orders, with any remaining balance carried forward for future purchases, while the expiry date remains unchanged.

Saree.com disclaims liability for any unauthorized or fraudulent purchases made with this gift card. The assumption is that the person presenting the gift card is the intended beneficiary without requiring verification. However, saree.com's liability for claims under this gift card is limited to its value.
