We vouch that this happens extremely rarely, but if at all a parcel is misplaced or lost in transit, the amount paid by you (including the product charges as well as the shipping charges) will be refunded to you by Saree.com.
Customs duty, whenever and wherever applicable, shall have to be borne by the customer only, though. The customs charges are not a part of the purchase, and may vary sharply from country to country.
If you wish to cancel a part of your order, the applicable shipping charges will remain the same, and shall not be refunded.
